 I'm Ceridwen a specialist occupational therapist passionate about supporting people to continue doing what they want, need and is meaningful to them. My mission is to provide compassionate, evidence-informed scar therapy, pelvic health support, and therapeutic massage that helps people feel safe, understood, and fully at home in their bodies. I combine skilled hands-on treatment with the holistic lens of occupational therapy to restore comfort, confidence, and movement — empowering every person I work with to return to the activities, relationships, and experiences that matter most to them.
